To me the Greatest Nigerian is Brother Fela Anikulapo kuti.
Musician,africanist,composer,radical,singer,spiritualist,Black president
fighter and also son of a witch.
There are also others from Obafemi Awolowo,Azikwe,Obasanjo,Murtala Mohammed
Ernahoro,Shehu shagari and many more.

I will nominate Fela Kuti as the greatest Nigerian. Dutchboy
he's was definaely a graet person, a word class celeb, a revolutionist in his own way, but the greatest nigerian....can't say
I would nominate Fela as one of the greatest musicians Nigeria ever produced... but why would I nominate his as the greatest Nigerian? For being antisocial in a very juvenile way? For not allowing for any opposing or dissenting opinion in his shrine? For looking for the roots of English words in Yoruba words (England, Igilandi)? Or for subjecting members of his band to corporal punishment?
When it comes to humans, I don't think there is any such thing as "Greatest".
Although people creat monumental impact in different aspects of Life.
But if a man is called the best, there's another man somewhere who can beat that record.
Fela was great, because he did extraordinary things but i think he was great in the music industry. there are other parts of life where other people are also great.
So who would be called Greatest?
